Official Language
English is the language of 1st IJS and will be used in all correspondence, presentations and publications. However, Chinese translation will be provides for some main events and scientific programs.

Insurance
The organizing committee will not be responsible for any unexpected expenses of participants. Participants should arrange their own travel insurance.
Visa & Invitation Letter
A valid passport and visa is necessary for all participants entering China. Each participant will get an invitation letter for visa application. It does not represent a commitment of the organizers to provide any financial support. Early application is highly recommended. |
