REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

The participant(s) must complete the following formal Registration Form and email or fax it to the Symposium Secretariat (email: ijs2008@yahoo.com.cn; fax: +86-(0)312-7521456). You may also send it by airmail to the Symposium Secretary Dr. Zhihui Zhao, Research Center of Chinese jujube, Agricultural University of Hebei, Baoding 071001, China.

[Note] Persons may join the symposium without contributing papers upon the payment of registration fees. Part of the surplus collected per participant who is a non-ISHS member, equivalent to the annual individual ISHS membership dues, will be paid to the Society and used to grant the non-ISHS members the advantages of ISHS membership during one year. Students must present their official certificate.

Participants' fee covers: A copy of proceeding (one volume of Acta Horticulturae); Booklet of Program and Abstracts; participation in all sessions; coffee or tea at breaks; breakfast, lunch and supper for September 4 to 6; breakfast for September 7; welcome banquet, farewell dinner and art performance; one day mid-symposium professional tour; the obligatory expenses for the organization e.g. meeting rooms, translation, transportation, invited speakers, secretariat, printed material, mailings and so on.
Accompanying persons' fee covers: Breakfast, lunch and supper for September 4 to 6; breakfast for September 7; welcome banquet, farewell dinner and art performance; one day mid-symposium professional tour.
Students' fee covers: Booklet of Program and Abstracts; participation in all sessions; breakfast, lunch and supper for September 4 to 6; breakfast for September 7; one day mid-symposium professional tour; welcome banquet, farewell dinner and art performance; the obligatory expenses for the organization e.g. meeting rooms, translation, transportation, invited speakers, secretariat, printed material, mailings and so on. A copy of Acta Horticulturae with additional 100 €.
Methods of Payment
We encourage you paying your registration fee on site or you can make it by bank transfer. The charge for bank transfer should not be covered by registration fee.

Note: Please make sure to indicate payment purpose of “IJS2011” and your full name on the bank transfer, send us a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer and keep a copy for your own record. All incurred fees charged by the processing banks prior to the arrival of the transferred fund should be borne by participants themselves. A confirmation letter will be forwarded by email or letter as soon as full payment has been received.
